PJCArchitecture Expands Presence to Florida

PJCArchitecture, an award-winning international firm headquartered in NYC, is expanding its presence to Florida with a foothold in Miami. For more than 25 years, the firm has delivered human-centered, environmentally responsive architectural solutions across high-end residential, mixed-use, and boutique commercial sectors.

“This expansion to Florida will enable us to build upon our momentum and deepen our presence in a dynamic and fast-growing market,” said Philip J. Consalvo, Founder and Principal of PJCArchitecture. “We’re excited to bring our strategic architectural approach to new regions where design is playing an increasing role in shaping communities. Florida’s rich cultural landscape and climate offer the perfect backdrop for us to extend our reach and impact.”

Operations in Florida will be overseen by Consalvo and Senior Associate Nandar Godoy-Dinneen, ensuring the same standard of design and client service that defines the firm’s New York presence. Based in Miami, Associate Juliana Sorzano will serve as primary contact for daily operations. The team will maintain its focus on luxury residential design while also pursuing mixed-use and commercial projects.

With combined decades of experience in sustainable design and passive strategies, PJCArchitecture is well equipped to respond to Florida’s architectural landscape. In a region where coastal conditions, hurricane resilience, and environmental performance are not mere considerations but necessities, the team will prioritize innovative design solutions that are both beautiful and built to last.

“As we develop our presence in Florida, our mission stands firm,” Consalvo said. “The expansion is not merely about growing our geographic footprint but about maximizing our impact in new markets. We’re excited to engage with new collaborators, clients, and communities, and to bring PJCA’s signature blend of design excellence, sustainability, and personalized service to the vibrant fabric of South Florida.”

With its rich Hispanic culture, South Florida is a natural next step for the firm’s expansion. Drawing on the Latin American heritage of both Godoy-Dinneen and Sorzano, PJCArchitecture’s diverse leadership team brings a global perspective and bilingual fluency to every project, enabling them to design with empathy and authenticity at the forefront. PJCArchitecture will remain committed to working hand-in-hand with local artisans and tradespeople to create meaningful spaces while supporting local communities and their economies.
