The Neuhoff Mixed-Use Development project in Nashville, submitted by JE Dunn Construction, is the winner of ENR Southeast’s Excellence in Sustainability Award for 2025.

ENR Texas & Southeast’s 2025 Best Projects Awards events are coming up quickly. So far, we’ve announced nearly 40 Best Projects award winners for both the ENR Texas & Louisiana event, as well as for ENR Southeast event. We hope members of all of the winning teams are making plans to attend the respective events to not only receive their own awards, but also to celebrate the inspiring achievements of their industry peers. For more information about each event, please check these links for the Oct. 16 Houston awards event, to be followed by the ENR Southeast celebration scheduled for Oct. 23 in Orlando.

This time we’re announcing the winning entries for our Excellence in Safety and Excellence in Sustainability award categories. First, a quick note of explanation—in addition to having their projects reviewed for the primary Best Projects awards, submitters may also request that their entry be judged separately for its safety accomplishments, for its sustainability achievements, or both.
