Tecta America, the nation’s largest commercial roofing company, announced the acquisition of Christianson Roofing, a well-established contractor based in Riverside, Calif. The deal marks Tecta’s third acquisition of 2025 as the company continues its strategic expansion across key markets.

The Christianson acquisition strengthens Tecta’s West Coast footprint while adding decades of local market expertise to its expanding portfolio of regional roofing specialists.

Founded in 1984, Christianson Roofing has built a strong reputation throughout Southern California for superior workmanship, reliable service, and lasting client relationships. The company specializes in new construction, re-roofing, and service and maintenance for commercial clients, establishing itself as a trusted partner in the region’s competitive roofing market.
