Roof Revivers Merges With Top Armour in Raleigh Expansion

Roof Revivers, a Columbus, Ohio-based roofing company, has announced its merger with Top Armour Contracting, a well-regarded contractor in the Raleigh metropolitan area. The strategic acquisition establishes Roof Revivers’ first presence in North Carolina‘s Research Triangle region.

The combined operations will continue under the Roof Revivers brand, with Top Armour’s existing team remaining intact to serve local customers. Company leadership emphasized that the merger aims to enhance service capabilities rather than disrupt existing relationships.

“This merger is about more than just growth; it’s about combining our strengths to provide even better service and support to homeowners and businesses in the Raleigh area,” said Reed Dietz, owner and president of Roof Revivers.

Top Armour customers will gain access to expanded resources, advanced technology systems, and streamlined operational support while maintaining their established service relationships.

Curtis Bryant and Zack Upton, co-owners of Top Armour, expressed confidence that the partnership will enhance their ability to serve the community.

“We are now part of a larger team that will help us reach new heights while maintaining the same commitment to excellence and community that our clients know and love,” Upton said.

Both companies report no anticipated disruption to ongoing projects during the integration process. The merger represents Roof Revivers’ continued expansion strategy as it seeks to establish footholds in key metropolitan markets across the Southeast.

Roof Revivers specializes in residential and commercial roof repair and replacement services, with a business model that prioritizes repairs over full replacements when feasible.
