Overnight lane reductions on I-11/U.S. 95 to begin for bridge joint maintenance

The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) has announced a series of overnight lane restrictions on Interstate 11 (I-11) and U.S. Highway 95 (U.S. 95) near Flamingo Road.

These restrictions are necessary for maintenance work on bridge expansion joints.

From Sunday, June 15, to Friday, June 20, southbound lanes on I-11/U.S. 95 will be reduced to two lanes nightly from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

Similarly, from Sunday, June 22, to Friday, June 27, northbound lanes will face the same restrictions during the same hours.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution while traveling through these work zones and to consider alternate detour routes if possible.

NDOT collaborates with Waze to keep the public informed about planned highway restrictions. The schedule is subject to change due to weather or other factors.
