SKANSKA ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP PROMOTIONS IN ITS U.S. BUILDING OPERATIONS
On Oct. 2, Skanska announced two promotions in its U.S. building operations. Effective immediately, Jenny Chandler Graham has been promoted to executive vice president, chief strategy officer; and Tieg Murray Rustam to vice president, market strategy and creative services, both with Skanska U.S.A. Building.
GILBANE BUILDING PROMOTES SIXTH-GENERATION FAMILY MEMBER TO BUSINESS LEADER IN NEW JERSEY
On Oct. 3, Gilbane Building Company announced that John E. Anderson III has been promoted to business leader of the firm’s New Jersey Office in Newark, New Jersey. In his new role, Anderson will focus on expanding the company’s market portfolio and service offerings, fostering team development and growth, and delivering world-class facilities for clients and communities in the New Jersey area.
MENARD U.S.A. APPOINTS CHRIS WOODS AS VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
On Oct. 7, Menard U.S.A. announced the appointment of Chris Woods P.E., G.E., P.Eng, BC.GE, as vice president of business development. Woods is a recognized expert in dynamic compaction with more than two decades of experience in the geotechnical industry. He joins Menard U.S.A. from Densification Inc., where he played a pivotal role in business growth, and previously spent 13 years with Langan. His deep technical expertise and strong client relationships make him a valuable addition to the Menard USA leadership team.
PRIMORIS SERVICES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF KOTI VADLAMUDI AS PRESIDENT AND CEO
On Oct. 7, Primoris Services Corporation announced its board of directors has appointed Koti Vadlamudi president and chief executive officer effective Nov. 10, 2025. Vadlamudi will also be appointed to the Primoris board on the effective date. He succeeds Interim President and CEO David King, who will continue to serve as chairman of Primoris’ board of directors.
KAST CONSTRUCTION NAMES SEAN OULLETTE PRESIDENT AS FIRM MARKS 20 YEARS
On Oct. 6, KAST Construction promoted Sean Ouellette to president as the company marks its 20th anniversary. A 25-year industry veteran and KAST’s former chief operating officer, Ouellette will drive the firm’s expansion into new market sectors and growth across the state.
WARFEL CONSTRUCTION PROMOTES DUSTYN RITCHEY TO DIRECTOR OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

FRAMPTON CONSTRUCTION EXPANDS LEADERSHIP TEAM TO FUEL STRATEGIC GROWTH
On Oct. 13, Southeast-based construction firm Frampton Construction Company announced two leadership appointments to expand its operational depth and strategic focus. These moves reflect Frampton’s commitment to building a resilient leadership team positioned for long-term growth across its priority sectors: manufacturing, distribution, commercial and healthcare.
Frampton has promoted Josh Schlechty to chief operating officer. With nearly three decades of industry experience, Schlechty has led significant projects across the commercial, higher education, civic, and healthcare sectors throughout his career.
Frampton has also welcomed David Florence as chief strategy officer. Florence has led manufacturing projects across the U.S. and Europe throughout his 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His portfolio includes integrated design-build delivery of large-scale facilities for global brands, such as Caterpillar, Keurig, Dr Pepper, Toyota, and Austal.
SUFFOLK HIRES PRESTON HOOPES AS GENERAL MANAGER
On Oct. 14, Suffolk announced the appointment of Preston Hoopes as general manager of Northern California, a move that underscores the company’s continued investment in leadership, innovation and strategic growth throughout the region. In this role, Mr. Hoopes will leverage his strong relationships to lead Suffolk’s expansion throughout Northern California, strengthen client partnerships, and advance the company’s footprint in key growth sectors including healthcare, life sciences, higher education and corporate clients.
TIM NEELY JOINS BECK AS HEALTHCARE PROJECT ARCHITECT AT DENVER OFFICE
On Oct. 14, The Beck Group announced the appointment of Tim Neely, AIA, NCARB, as healthcare project architect at its Denver office. Neely joins Beck with over 17 years of architectural experience and a strong passion for improving the healthcare environment through thoughtful, collaborative design. He is adept at aligning project teams to deliver attractive and technically sound solutions that enhance the overall healthcare experience.

On Oct. 22, Southwire announced the formation of a dedicated business development team to meet the needs of the exponential growth of critical vertical markets that continue to drive significant increases in power demand. Recognizing this shift, Southwire is positioning itself to proactively address evolving market needs by developing standardized solution designs tailored to support key customer needs. This team will focus on identifying growth opportunities, deepening customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that support long-term success in these critical sectors.
The new team will be led by Nedra Hurley, senior vice president of business development, and will report directly to Rohan Kelkar, executive vice president, utility and industrial group. This new team will collaborate closely with the strategic verticals sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

On Oct. 27, Burr & Forman LLP announced that Kelsey Hayes has joined the firm as a partner and Isabella Capanna as an associate, practicing in construction and government contracts. Both are based in Washington, D.C., where the firm opened an office earlier this year.
