Organic grocery co-op PCC Community Markets engaged Cushing Terrell to help transform its existing space at Rainier Tower in Seattle into a small-format store concept named “PCC Corner Market,” and a commercial office space for its employees.

Interior renovations featured the construction of new partition walls and soffits, installation of equipment and fixtures, updated signage, custom millwork, and high-quality finishes.

Additionally, the 464-m2 (5,000-sf) project included creating a workplace adjacent to the Corner Market. The new small-format store offers convenient options for breakfast, lunch, and after-work grab-and-go items, including fresh sushi, deli selections, snacks, ice cream, beer, and wine
