The biggest Pantheon ever kicked off at the Anaheim Convention Center on Sept. 17, drawing more than 4,000 contractors and industry experts for ServiceTitan’s three-day user conference.

With over 115 exhibitors filling the massive Expo Hall, ServiceTitan, a leading software platform for trades, unveiled a suite of AI-powered tools designed to automate contractors’ back-office operations from first call to final invoice.

At the center of the announcement is Atlas, a next-generation AI sidekick that acts like a power user inside ServiceTitan, helping contractors run reports, dispatch technicians, streamline workflows, and make smarter business decisions in real time.

Atlas acts like the ultimate power user of ServiceTitan, and over time, will have the capabilities to handle many of the tasks, insights, and decisions a business owner or team member could make. Contractors can interact directly with Atlas in the ServiceTitan platform, typing or speaking in plain English, where they can ask Atlas to run reports, find jobs, dispatch technicians, or guide them through workflows.
