Ream Roofing, a 5280 Council and Pinnacle Peak Advantage® Contractor led the effort, removing the existing roof down to the steel deck and executing an efficient installation that aligned with site requirements.
A JM 20‑year NDL Guarantee system was selected to maximize protection and performance. The solution features the self-adhered JM Vapor Barrier SAR, followed by two layers of ENRGY 3® insulation set in JM QuickFoam® low-rise adhesive. The system was completed with JM EPDM membrane, delivering a high-performing roof tailored to the customer’s needs.
