On March 18, 2026, McMahon announced the hiring of Rhonda DeLeeuw, Brianna Marit and Kelly Valentino in its Neenah, Wisconsin, headquarters. These new team members bring expertise in administration, marketing and public management, further enhancing McMahon’s capabilities in these areas.
DeLeeuw joins the McMahon team as an administrative assistant in the plan room. With a degree in interior design from Fox Valley Technical College, she brings experience from a variety of industries and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Marit, as marketing lead, will oversee all marketing efforts at McMahon. A graduate of Lakeshore Technical College with a degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing, Marit brings more than 13 years of experience in the green energy manufacturing sector where she held roles in business development, new product development and marketing.
Valentino joins McMahon as a public management specialist. An experienced municipal park and recreation professional with more than 30 years of expertise, she held the Certified Park and Recreation Professional Certification throughout her career. She is currently serving as the president of the Wisconsin Park and Recreation Association Foundation board of directors. Valentino holds a degree in recreation administration from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
BuildOps Appoints Will Lehrmann as Chief Product Officer
On March 25, 2026, BuildOps—which has been a member of the ABC Tech Alliance every year since its 2020 launch—appointed Will Lehrmann as chief product officer. Lehrmann spent nearly 12 years at Procore Technologies building the product for specialty contractors: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection. He rose from product manager to vice president of product management and head of product for specialty contractors—the same trades BuildOps was built to serve.
