Thrilled to announce that the Innovation Next+ design-build team has been selected for the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) Terminal F Concourse and Skylink Station Project. The $855 million project will provide a new concourse building and associated Skylink Station infrastructure on the Terminal F site. This new double-loaded (aircraft parking on both sides) concourse building is anticipated to measure nearly 400,000 square feet.

Innovation Next+ is composed of The Walsh Group – Walsh Construction & Archer Western, Turner Construction Company, Phillips May Corporation, H. J. Russell & Company, and CARCON INDUSTRIES, with PGAL, Gensler, and Muller2 as design team members.

Terminal F construction is anticipated to commence June 2024 and is scheduled to be operational by the second quarter of 2027.
