One of my customers is a general contractor and luxury custom home builder at a multi-million-dollar company. When he first started using STACK about five years ago, he was taking over the system from someone else and immediately dove in headfirst. Unlike users who focus on just the essentials, he wanted to understand and utilize every single feature. His curiosity and drive to learn set him apart right away to fully leverage STACK.

Back in 2021, he submitted a feature request asking for a “Copy Project” option—and not long after, that feature become part of the platform. He’s the kind of customer who not only benefits from STACK but also helps shape the software. Over the years, he’s stayed closely engaged with every product update, regularly provides thoughtful feedback, and attends our webinars to stay sharp.

When we introduced the Estimate Worksheet, he fully embraced it and aimed to become a true power user. He even met with STACK Senior Product Manager, David Fouche, sharing insights that gave our team valuable industry perspective in return.

I connect with him often to discuss updates, gather product feedback, and keep a pulse on how STACK is being used in the field. I still remember him showing me a finished custom tile bathroom where he used the STACK Explode feature for the grid pattern.

He’s a huge advocate of the STACK Community and a constant reminder of what’s possible when technology meets genuine curiosity and expertise.
