ServiceTitan’s Pantheon 2025 conference revealed the software platform’s aggressive push into the roofing market, with company executives outlining a comprehensive strategy to capture what they see as an underserved vertical ripe for technological transformation.
ServiceTitan Chief Business Officer Connor Theilmann positioned roofing as the natural next frontier for the company that has dominated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractor software.
“We’ve spent the last two years building the studs and putting up the framing of our roofing product,” Theilmann said. “We feel like it’s finally time to put on the roof and raise the roof on the industry.”
According to Vishal Laddha, ServiceTitan’s strategy lead, the roofing industry has historically lacked the comprehensive technology platforms that other trades have embraced.
“There’s a lot of platforms out there that just haven’t innovated at the pace that ServiceTitan is able to,” Laddha said, noting that existing ServiceTitan customers in HVAC and other verticals specifically requested roofing capabilities.
The company has built roofing-specific integrations with key industry players, including measurement providers GAF QuickMeasure, EagleView, and HoverView, as well as the “big three” distributors.

Solving Roofing’s Efficiency Crisis
Sue Diamond, ServiceTitan’s solutions delivery manager for residential exteriors, identified the core problems plaguing roofing contractors: duplication of work across teams, gaps in workflow accountability, and technology fragmentation that eliminates any central source of truth.
“I’ve heard the stories,” Diamond said. “And honestly, a lot of them are the same. It starts with a lack of efficiency.”
ServiceTitan’s answer is spec-based estimating technology that reduces estimate creation time from 30 minutes to just four minutes while improving accuracy. The system uses customizable forms, automated calculations, and integration with measurement providers to eliminate manual effort.
“We really need to be generating our estimates with complete and accurate pricing,” Diamond said. “If we’re doing that, then we’re going to ensure that we’ve got stronger margins.”
Jason Lambert, ServiceTitan’s growth marketing manager, outlined several other roofing-specific features in development, including enhanced insurance workflows, production management tools, and specialized communication systems. The platform includes roofing-specific terminology and workflows, recognizing that the industry operates differently from traditional service trades.
“I’m a big believer that the smallest stuff makes the biggest difference,” Lambert said, referencing the company’s effort to use industry-appropriate language throughout the platform.
The company’s Atlas AI assistant can also help roofing technicians access manuals and get answers specific to exact equipment models they’re working on, reducing time spent calling the office or waiting on manufacturer support lines.
More Partners Join the Platform
SRS Distribution, one of the largest roofing material distributors in North America, announced it has become the first roofing distributor to integrate with ServiceTitan. Delisa DeMecurio, SRS’s manager of digital partnerships, said the integration allows contractors to seamlessly order materials through their ServiceTitan workflow.
The supplier integrations provide automated nightly price updates, account-specific pricing that reflects negotiated rates, and complete material specifications with product images. When jobs are won, estimates automatically generate procurement lists that can become purchase orders with one click.
“We heard the call to meet the contractors where they’re at,” DeMecurio said. “They were here at ServiceTitan, so we met them where they were at.”
ServiceTitan also unveiled its partnership with Verisk to integrate Xactimate, the industry-standard property claims estimating software. The integration aims to streamline the insurance claim process that’s central to many roofing jobs.
“We want to meet contractors where they are with their workflows and the technology pieces they already have in place,” said Tony Triola, head of ecosystems and partnerships at Versik.
Customer Success Stories
Andrew Mussio, VP of marketing and innovation at WeatherPro Exteriors in Detroit, Mich., has been using ServiceTitan for nearly eight years across multiple trades and recently adopted the roofing platform. Since implementing ServiceTitan, WeatherPro has increased revenue by 25.4% and boosted profitability.
“ServiceTitan puts it head first – you have to figure out what your consistent workflow is so your data is consistent and clean and reportable and measurable,” Mussio said.
He recommended that roofing contractors attend Pantheon before implementing the platform and connect with existing users and implementation partners like Titan IQ.
While ServiceTitan is seeing interest from commercial roofing contractors, Theilmann said the company remains “hyper-focused on residential roofing” for now. The company is also developing a CRM-style lead management system for commercial roofing’s longer sales cycles, currently in beta testing.
“If you’re the best and you want to grow the most and have the highest margins, we want to serve you and be a part of that journey,” Theilmann said, positioning ServiceTitan as the platform for ambitious roofing contractors ready to scale their operations.
