The EmpowerAll Scholarship provides roofing professionals with a unique opportunity to grow their skills, connect with industry leaders, and explore new products at the 2026 International Roofing Expo^® in Las Vegas, Jan. 20 – 22, 2026.
 
The EmpowerAll Scholarship is available to roofing company employees who are in management or perform field work. It is intended for first-time IRE attendees to connect with manufacturers and suppliers, participate in various educational programs and network with like-minded peers at the roofing industry’s largest event of the year.

The scholarship package includes:

• IRE 2026 Super Pass (includes admission to all educational sessions, expo hall, keynote session, EmpowerAll Reception and Welcome Party)
• Hotel accommodation for two nights (Jan. 20 – 21, 2026)
• Round-trip airfare (maximum $600)
• Customized show-site agenda
• On-site mentor provided by NRCA

Complete your application by Sept. 29. Winners will be notified in early November.
