The Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT) announced registration is open for its 50th Annual Texas Roofing Conference, scheduled for September 17-19, 2025, at Kalahari Resorts in Round Rock, Texas.

The three-day event promises to be the most comprehensive gathering of roofing professionals in the state, featuring 22 cutting-edge educational sessions designed for both residential and commercial roofing and waterproofing contractors. A two-day exposition will showcase 150 exhibitors presenting the latest roofing products, innovations, and service offerings to industry professionals.

Comprehensive Programming and Networking

The conference offers extensive programming beyond traditional educational sessions. Attendees will have access to keynote presentations, the annual RCAT Awards Luncheon, a welcome reception, and numerous networking opportunities throughout the three-day event.

Full registration includes passes to all seminars and educational programs, expo access, keynote sessions, the awards luncheon, welcome reception, and eligibility for expo door prizes. Registration fees vary by membership status and attendee type.

Special Licensing Support for New Contractors

In response to industry needs, RCAT will conduct a special in-person session for new licensing applicants during the conference. The program includes a Boot Camp class on Thursday, September 18, designed to help participants prepare for licensing exams, followed by the actual exam session on Friday, September 19.

New licensing applicants will receive full access to all conference events as part of their registration, providing additional value and networking opportunities for those entering the industry.

Annual Golf Tournament Returns

The popular RCAT Annual Golf Tournament will return as part of the conference festivities, accommodating 144 players at the prestigious Teravista Golf Club. The tournament features breakfast, a shotgun start format, and awards for lowest combined team score, longest drive, and closest to the pin.

The golf tournament begins with 8:30 a.m. check-in and breakfast, followed by a 10:00 AM shotgun start. Awards and prizes will be presented immediately following play. Registration is $200 per player, including course fees, breakfast, lunch, drink tickets, and prizes.
