ENR Texas & Louisiana—now a sub-region of ENR’s Texas & Southeast super region—is happy to announce the region’s winning entries for its 2025 Regional Best Projects contest. Representing the “best” in design and construction in the region that includes the states of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and Oklahoma, these winning projects range from airports to massive waterlines, and much more in between.

Our panel of industry judges reviewed entries in a variety of categories, and determined the projects listed below as this year’s “Best Projects.” Winning projects for the categories of Safety and Sustainability will be announced in the near future.

We will preview the finalists in another blog leading up to the event.
