The Facade Tectonics Institute (FTI) announced the winners and honorable mentions of the 2025 Vitruvian Honors & Awards, the premier honors program recognizing outstanding achievements in the design, engineering, fabrication, and delivery of high-performance building facades.
Now in its third biennial cycle, the Vitruvian Honors & Awards program celebrates the individuals, teams, and organizations advancing the art, science, and technology of the building envelope. This year’s submissions reflect an extraordinary breadth of innovation and impact across the global AEC community.
Chaired by Peter Arbour, CEO and Founder of Liquid-Wall, the jury selected winners and honorees across multiple categories, including design excellence, innovation, research, product development, and student achievement.
2025 Awardees Will Be Honored in New York City
All winners and honorees will be formally recognized at a live ceremony during the 2025 FTI Forum: NYC! on September 18, 2025, at the Center for Architecture in New York City. The event will feature:
• Educational Forum with keynote by Ajla Aksamija (University of Utah)
• Sessions by CookFox Architects and CetraRuddy Architecture
• Vitruvian Honors & Awards Ceremony
• Evening Cocktail Reception
This celebration will bring together leading minds from architecture, engineering, industry, and academia for a day of learning, recognition, and community building.
