The Lime Garage at Disney Springs closes today for maintenance work that will last through February 11, 2026.
You’ll need to use alternative parking areas during this closure. The Orange Garage and surface lots remain open, but expect them to fill faster than usual.
Second Closure Follows in February
The Lime Garage will be closed in two phases:
- January 12 – February 11
- February 17 – March 13
After reopening for less than a week, the Lime Garage will close again from February 17 through March 13. This means the garage will be unavailable for roughly two months total across the next 10 weeks.

All parking at Disney Springs remains free.
Check Availability Before You Visit
The My Disney Experience app now shows Disney Springs parking availability in real-time. You’ll find the status in the operating hours section, listed beneath the Disney Springs hours.
When parking reaches capacity, a red message appears in the app. This lets you know to consider alternative transportation before making the trip.
Plan Extra Time
With one garage offline, the remaining lots will fill more quickly during peak hours. Arrive earlier than you normally would, especially on weekends and evenings.
You can also use Disney transportation from your resort hotel, or take a rideshare service directly to your destination within Disney Springs.
